This is a pleasant enough collection of love songs from the seemingly bottomless vaults of Trojan Records. Mostly Jamaican covers of American pop hits, it also includes the original version of "The Tide Is High" by the Paragons, later a huge international hit when it was covered by Blondie. Among the highlights here are the Heptones' take on "Save the Last Dance for Me," the Cables' wonderful "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind)," and an interesting version of Carole King's "It's Too Late" done by Dennis Brown.
