Up Your Alley is the sixth studio album by the American hard rock band Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The album peaked at #19 on the Billboard 200 album charts and has since been certified Platinum.


Up Your Alley returned Joan Jett to the pop Top Ten with the catchy, crunching rocker "I Hate Myself for Loving You." Despite that success, however, the rest of the album doesn't quite add up; a cover of Chuck Berry's "Tulane" is the only track that matches the single's energy, and the Desmond Child collaboration "Little Liar" was a minor follow-up hit, but most of the material is rather thin.
